when you got divorsed did you discuss about the propertys and who gets what?

if you did and its in writing that he is no longer part of your house then he cant really- even if his name is on deeds because this new contract was drawn after the deeds and the lates one counts.

but if you didnt get it in writing that he isnt to have anything to do with the house then yes he can stay there. if he breaks in tough you can call police and they can do somehting about it a your main homewowner.

if you really dont want him there then id seek proffessional advice

I am assuming you are not living in the home while he is staying ther. So what is the problem? You were married to this man and you can't let him have a little shelter? I bet you would let a friend stay. Stop carrying a chip on your shoulder.

If in the devorce it was stated that your properties was shared then no he can't but also he is breaking your privicy rights if it bothers you that much, change the locks and get an injuction to stop him entering the house, I'll come and chnge the locks for you if ya like.

If nothing legally has been stated be has the right to stay when ever he likes. But you could accidentally loose your keys and have to change all the locks!!!!!!! That would stop him.

You have to contact a lawyer, who will clarify, what rights you have at this point.

Du musst mit einem Anwalt sprechen, um herauszufinden, was deine Rechte sind.

IF YOUR DIVORCE PAPERS SAY YOU GET ONE HOUSE AND HE GETS THE OTHER ,THEN NO HE CANT IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO'S NAME IS ON THE DEED,HE GAVE UP THAT RIGHT WHEN YOU GOT THE DIVORCE,LONG AS YOU HAVE IT IN WRITING THAT YOU EACH GET ONE

the only way he cant be there is if he is a threat to you, then you can get an injunction order on him and he wont even be able to drive down your road.

You need to see a lawyer to find out what your rights are, doesn't sound fair though.
