the chef [in his full gear and hat] use to scoot around the tables on a motorised server, and they served the best prime rib I have ever tasted, he use to cut the cut you wanted i.e. med rare etc - spent many a good night there back when!!!

The Penguin was built around 1973 of a unique sprayed concrete over rebar construction. The architect was Ron Ginn , owner / chef was Winston Smith. Greatest Prime Rib ever. I guess it was torn down several years ago.
