Why in the dark?

No...I only ever whistle when I have to go bush-walking...to scare off snakes and lizards that may be in my path! Silly,hey! However it makes me feel better.

I can not whistle. It is one of my life's biggest disappointments. So many have tried to teach me but alas, it has all been in vain.

No, but I hum to myself if I'm by myself outside so that these big huge bats that are over here don't hit me. They're HUGE and they're always swooping down... humming makes me feel like they can 'see' me better.
