Yes have had flying dreams but not like superman. More like a floating thing. Those are the coolest dreams. I like them much better than the going to school naked dreams.

I had a flying dream once that ended up a falling dream. My arms were spread out like a birds wings, then a airplane flew by and I started falling and couldn't get myself to fly again - it was terrible.
As a kid I use to dream I could fly like Peter Pan(with happy thoughts), but my thoughts were never happy enough to get me flying higher than our house roof.

Man of man...talk about a "mix" of questions....I just answered a serious one about the death of a loved one and was feeling a bit sad....Then I read this questions and...Tada ! You actually brought the smile back. Thanks!
No...I'm no Superman imitator....I fly on my magic carpet spun from camel hair...much more comfortable and I wake up with no back pain...beats the table top any day.

the dream always has me first floating peacefully in the sky, arms behind my head, legs crossed and with a smile on my face...... then all of a sudden i find myself falling and falling and falling.... i wake before i hit the ground

Yes, they say that if you hit the ground you end up on another adventure. I wake up though before.
