I had a woman tell me once that she swears on her grave that she knew she was pregnant the day after she conceived because she felt so sick to her stomache. Im not sure if that is possible but she waited two weeks and took a test and she was pregnant, I think it is different for everyone, my mom says she would of never knew if she didn't take a test, she had no symptoms.

The first and most obvious sign is a missed period. Tender breasts, feeling sick and needing to wee more often are other signs. These can be anything from a few days to a few weeks after conception.

You may or may not have symptoms (I didnt have any except a craving for pickles that started in my second month). Common symptoms include morning sickness, fatigue, sore or swollen breasts, cravings, etc. You can start feeling any of these at any time in your pregnancy.
