A friend bought the Tens machine but never used it, unfortunately she has lost the user guide/instructions. I have a piece of paper with some instructions but now all. Please help!

ive looked on line to find directions for it.. there really easy to use but i cant find one... anyways the easiest thing for you to do honestly is stop into the local physical therapy place... and they will show u how to use it... believe me being shown how to properly use it and having someone show you is a ton easier than tryin to use the manuel to use it

Contact a Re-habilitation Hospital in your area .Your friend should get the info because a TENS Unit is a prescribed devise for pain. There are areas on the body that SHOULD NOT be stimulated by TENS.......
