'safe' in what respect?! its not gonna get u pregnant! but it can pass on diseases just like a mans juice can! i hope this is what u mean by juice! if not forgive me! alsways use a condom or if u are a woman too make sure u get tested regularly and dont have casual sex with many partners.

Or use a dental dam, or other type of barrier, if it is strictly oral sex. I know this is wishful thinking, I have never met a lesbian who used one! It is definitely possible to pass on certain STD's just having oral sex. Gonorrhea, HPV, herpes, genital warts, and syphilis for sure, possibly even HIV. If you are concerned about it, protect yourself.
