A gust of wind sent it flying on a collision course with an elm tree! I panicked and killed the throttle. It plunged into the ground, snapping the landing gear and came to rest on its side, rotors churning up grass. But it works fine except for the landing skids.
What should I do?

Oh and a little beetle I had stowed away on the heli is now MIA, lost in the grass jungle. Please say a prayer for him

Maybe practice indoors a bit more or on a less windy day so that you won't damage it next time.

i would leave it and find another way to get were you are going because while you are flying it could BLOW up...............
