Does implantation cramps go?

I had cramps, feeling sick and a brown discharge and spotting last week. Period not due till end of this week. And all the symptoms have gone! Is this normal for implantation?

Most women do NOT experience implantation bleeding. If you do, it is usually bright red or pink blood, and very light spotting. It is possible you had rough sex or your cervix was irritated and that made it bleed a little. it could also be that you were sick, that can mess up your cycle a little. I would wait and see if your normal period comes this week. If it doesn't then take a home pregnancy test. Good luck.

Implantation bleeding happens whilst an egg has been fertilized and implants into the liner of the uterus. Because the liner uterus is made of blood, there is usually a little bit of blood expelled in a few ladies.

1. your period came early or
2. your pregnant

go to your doctor and take a pregnancy test.
