what is the difference betwen to hav sex wid a gal and wid a guy(gay) and in the same way for gals (lesbian) and wid guys?

If guys have sex there are 2 guys and it's fun. If girls have sex and there are 2 girls I suppose it's fun for them as well.
Hence, I don't think there's much difference.
Oh....guys have penises and girls have breasts and vaginas, so "sex activities" may vary slightly.
Your question is good, but kind of difficult to comprehend 100%.

there is no difference. Just that you cannot enjoy sex with the members of the gender you are not attracted to. A gay guy having sex with a woman, or a lesbian having sex with a man will be like forcing one to drink a liter of castor oil.
