Substance with the lowest work function you should read the details below?

Please help......I think its germanium with .7 ev, correct me if i am wrong, if its doped germanium or silicon please notify, note that i am asking a substance, it might not be a metal! This is the second time i am asking this question!

If you want an element's name, it will be caesium, which can be seen to have a Work Fuction of 1.95 eV

If you just want the lowest Work Fuction, it would be Gold (Au) doped with Germanium (this will form a P-N Junction) and this can have a work function as low as 0.35 eV on the N-type side.

Silicon doped materials have a slightly higher WF, such as Gold doped with Silicon works out at around 0.75 eV
