It's actually "The Nymph's Reply to the Shepherd" by Sir Walter Alexander Raleigh. This Walter Raleigh is not the Sir Walter Raleigh who was a ships captain in the Elizabethan age. Walter Alexander Raleigh was a Scottish poet and college professor. Here's a link to more about him:
