the only way to share this is by use of fibre optic cable 10GBASE-LRM, also known as 802.3aq,
supports distances up to 220 m on FDDI-grade 62.5 µm multi-mode cable .....according to this facts it will be a hassle to setup all this structure unless its a long term investment
it will also demand alot of technical work ..

Well just to be different than all those demanding cable, you could use a point to point wireless bridge system. It simply replaces the need for cable and is "invisible" to the network.
Check any of the major wireless manufacturers, proxim, motorola, tranzeo. etc all have these devices.

Check http://defactowireless.com http://echotechwireless.com etc who are dealers for various wireless solutions.

1. using additional NIC card plus network cable if you want to use internet sharing feature direct from pc to pc
2. using switch or hub *only if you ISP support internet sharing default*
3. create a "proxy server" + hub/switch + network cable
