How do I go about changing my pill taking time from 4pm to an earlier time?

just take it at an earlier time. as long as you take it on the same day it's not going to make any difference

Figure out how much earlier you want to take it. When that time comes take the pill. For example if you wanted to take it at 3pm. When 3pm comes around. Take the pill. If you still need help you can email me and I will get more specific.

just take it earlier (check with your doctor first)
