our company is trying to save water by pumping the waste water, from the portable water treatment plant, back to the raw water tank used for bathing and washing. Is it okay?

I'd say it would be good for flushing the toilets. It might be helpful to get a test done on the water to see what sort of hazards there are in it. If there is a bacterial risk then a UVor ozone treatment might be wise.

NO. You are not allowed to use any recycled water for applications where it would come in contact with or be consumed by humans. It could possibly be used to flush toilets and possibly irrigation. Check with your local plumbing inspector or building codes department.
