What's with all this upper body work? DUDE, if you want to be strong you MUST do SQUATS and DEADLIFTS. By doing these two exercises, you are effectively working your entire body. Core is also very important, but by doing squats and deads, you are working your core also(abs, obliques, lower back).

My brother runs 30 miles......can you do that......it takes discipline to do that. Keep your heart in mind when you want to build a huge body......ps, I don't really care for the overly huge guys, I like toned, but not huge, it seems un human.
I applaud you for being in shape, good for you. But keep in mind what your goals are in life. My friends and I think that huge muscles are great, but in real life someone who walks with us in the park with our children is who we are going to pick......muscles are nice though, for moving the fridge or my son's fuseball table.... :-)
