My mum has suggest we (my family) take a hoilday (in August) to the same city as my best friend lives in.
I'm 17 and my best friend is 18. We live about a 2hour/8hour drive away. I don't live in the USA.
My mum wants to go there for a soccer game and she needs to get her passport renewed (which means she has to go there for that). I really want to go so I can catch up with some new friends. So in other words i'm extremly excited! Even though it's only March.
I love my best friend and we've talked about it and we want to be more than friends when I move up there next year.
Do you think I should keep this hoilday as a suprise and turn up at his door step and be oh so romantic?! Or should I tell him?
Which would you prefer?

i would let him know your family is thinking about coming up and find out how he feels about it and if he like the idea then you can make is a surprise

it be a good surprise but ring him and tell him so all goes well you dont want to turn up at a bad time
