City of Expansion and Decay - we are expanding so rapidly with a new Arena and buisnesses all over it's not funny. Yet all the new homes are being rented by drug dealers and scum. We have a growing problem with stolen cars, meth, burglaries and crazy people talking smack. You can't walk down any street for 5 minutes without being afraid for your life. and no it's not NYC.
