Past times had the woman marry when she was just sixteen. Now the times have frowned on that and the laws stiffened to punish those who "hit" on underage women. When anyone is 18 they have the right to marry whom they choose. That is the law, like it or love it.
You should choose a spouse based on your age and what similarities you have in common, most of those being with age and social orientation. ie, an eighty year old guy has nothing in common with me, no matter how much he has, I would still say no, but that is just my morals speaking. You might have different morals saying to you, "wow, how many clothes can I buy if I marry him?"

Well i was phantasising with the idea of it when i was about 6 years old.. that some fine day a nice and extremely handsome prince would turn up and propose to me so....i was thinking about it pretty early
