For a call Center interview I would suggest business casual. Skip the suit.

Best to be formal for any interview, it's impressive even when not necessary. A bit casual is more for when you are actually working there.

For a good impression on a job interview, a White blouse or Shirt, with a black pants preferred not too tight, a little make up and hair not on face, always put on the smile.

If you are US based, wear a suit. If you aren't, wear the formal attire appropriate for your culture. Not wearing it can cost you money!

casmal... they aren't looking at your attire...more listening to your voice and demeanor... be confident and speak with authority. leave the cleavage "at home" in case the interviewer(s) is female. gl
