All my roomates watch is espn sportscenter, not only during the day but at night also, i hear it through the wall. They not only know the name of every current athlete, but high school recruits, commentators, coaches, and past athletes as well. They then get into heated debates about stupid crap (while playing sports games on xbox). Don't get me wrong, i am not antisport, i have played football and rugby but espn has taken the fun out of just sitting down and watching a game. I feel this is how it is with most people i meet and one day i might snap. Anyone else feel the same?

I am a simple person, never went to college, but I believe you're right...Sport becomes more and more domain of athletes and they're all professional, there are ever less people living sport-full life themselves and that's a pity, sport
is indeed a healthy way of life, it supports mental functions as well, but people tend to ignore that feature greatly...I believe
everyone should be a bit of an athlete, though not in a sense of competition in order to maintain physical and mental
strength ...
