The setting/surroundings of the student while learning; for example, a good learning climate includes those things that help the process, like the correct tools to use, efficient use of blackboards, overheads, etc., but also an environment that is suitable in which to learn. This could be a quiet or lively place, depending on the teacher/student. Basically, it's any classroom (or space) that is conducive to learning.
