This depends on several variables. If the audio is playing faster the video, it will become more out of sync as the movie progresses. This can be fixed by extracting the audio (demuxing) and stretching it to match the length of the video with a programme such as "Goldwave".

If that is not the case, then other methods are going to be required to correct the sync issue. Without knowing the codec used to encode the movie, I could not further advise on this.

Hi,
Its may be due to the mismatching of Audio & Video Stream. This may be done through many video editing softwares.
Some of them are:
Allok Converters, AVS Video Converter tool kit, Xilisoft video converters.
You just have to provide a delay for audio stream to match it.
First you find the delay & then provide it to convert.

For Eg: If delay is about 1 milli sec then provide in delay portion.
Then rest will the software do.
