TV host Mandira Bedi, by her talks few days back on a TV ch Set Max on the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007, has heavily trampled the world cricket directly , and the Indian cricket indirecty in many ways, through her reckless, nauvice & derogatory expressions on some of the ICC member countries. Mandira Bedi should not be allowed to be the host of set max because of her derogatory comments on some the ICC member countries. She does not possess much knowledge about Cricket. It was a pain to listen to her stupid comments. Set Max is watched Internationally therefore they should have put some one knowledgeable about cricket as the host. For example Wasim Akram, Kapil Dev, Ravi Shastri, etc. Putting ignorant host like her decrease the channel's rating. The damage she has done is huge.

I understand your concern that she has done damage up to some extent, but why don't you see that she has popularize the cricket among Indian Women, If she has decreased the TRP by making nonsense remarks about cricketing nations and cricketers, she has increased the TRP way ahead of it. I understand that a person who does not possess good knowledge about cricket should not be there making judgments about who played well and who did not, but my friend think that Set max is a big channel today and it knows the ramifications of all this more than you and I, why has appointed Mandira to be a host of the show, that's because of her popularity. She is the face of the Indian women by this show and she represents a common Indian woman's thought process about cricket by the show. Think at least she is there to show that Indian women are also concerned about the game, not like other countries where women divorce their husband because of their busy cricketing schedule(Daren Gough's case)...
Think twice before you make any decision about this...

Hey during the league matches i used http://www.action8cricket.com they were awesome specially there support i mailed them 3
times and got answers within 30 mins intially there picture quality was pathetic but now what i saw in last 5 games was
truely appreciatable hope they continue the good work hats off to the quality and support.
