how do i get biro pen off paited walls?

I have read that hairspray works really well for this,just give it a light spray and gently wipe. I haven't tried this myself yet so I couldn't give it any guarantee!

I'm assuming you mean painted walls. If warm soapy water doesn't work try a little eucalyptus oil on a cloth. It won't bring the paint off and is also good at removing permanent texta marks and sticky stuff off walls and mirrors as well.

Try some liquid sugar soap from your supermarket or hardware store.
