There are several methods. The easiest (and consequently, the least effective) method is cocoa butter. Just slap it on there and rub it in good daily (ask me if you need any help - lol jk) and that may help - it depends on the severity of the marks, the amount of time they've been there, and your skin. Other more extreme options include dermabrasion and laser therapy (which is costly but apparently, very effective). Those are things to consider.
It is much easier to prevent stretch marks than to remedy existing ones. You can help to prevent them by moisturizing potential problem areas, such as breasts, hips, thighs, stomach and buttocks (haha).
Good luck, and may the stretch be with you (without those ugly marks, of course).

First do you moisturize daily? You can use Almond oil, Olive oil. If your body is still developing your skins elasticity may not be able to keep up with a growth spurt. This is true especially if you are prone to having dry skin. If you take hot showers you are stripping your skin of its own naturally occurring protectants, does one or more of these things apply to you? Before you do anything your first stop should be a health food store, ask for recommendation's try this before anything else . There are different types of laser treatments also, make sure you research what is best for your situation. And remember take care of your skin.

Use Mederma cream. I'm facing the same problem and I noticed that they're fading since I started using it. Of course it has to be applied regularly 3-4 times a day, although I don't get around to using it more than once ;)
Hope that helps. Good luck

they are a type of scar and they will not ever go away.
there is also no cream or anything that will help - they fade naturally over time which is why some dumb people think creams help, but they dont.
they are caused by the skin stretching, which can happen from weight or size gain (for example during growth spurts in teenage years).

Just rub a bar of cocoa butter on them like somebody said. The bar works great. Keep it in the fridge, because it can melt.
