Am I the only one that thinks Howard K. Stern murdered Anna Nicole Smith?

Well, it does seem kind of strange that Anna Nicole and her son would die the same way with the same person present. There are really good grounds for therories here. Howard K. Stern the lawyer that drafted Anna Nicole's will knowing that if Anna Nicole died that everything would go to Daniel. Daniel dies from an overdose. Now, time to knock off the woman and he's sole executer of the estate. He wasn't counting on everything being left to her baby and a court appointed represenative. Howard K. Stern is the name of father on the birth certificate. If Howard K Stern is allowed to have full cusody of the baby I wouldn't be surprised if the media soon airs the death of Dannylynn under mysterous circumstances. So, in answer to your question no you're not the only one.

Anna Nicole Smith was an addict, as most likely is Howard K. Stern. They had a parasitic relationship, one in which Howard K benefited from Anna's stardom. Howard was most likely an enabler but probably not the pusher. Anna's drug problem started well before Howard K was on the scene, as noted by her mama (vergie) during the trial. Howard K is not a likeable character, but I don't think he's a murderer. He brought her the drugs most likely, but none of us will ever know why. Maybe he thought that this was the only value he had in her life. Maybe he feared that he would lose her if he didn't give her what she wanted. Regardless, Anna Nicole was a grown woman he knew the score. She did drugs shamelessly when she was pregnant, got her son involved with drugs and had an infection in her buttock at the time of her death from shooting up in that area. No, I don't think HOward murdered Anna Nicole. He helped put her in the ground, but most of the negative choices were made by Anna Nicole herself.

I totally agree. I have said this since her son Daniel passed away. It is quite obvious he and quite possibly the nurse, psychiatrist, and body guard contributed to Anna Nicole's death, as well as Daniel. I think Howard K. Stern flushed the rest of her medications away before the paramedics arrived. The evidence is overwhelming that she was taking meds that were unnecessary, despite the claim of an "accidental" overdose. There is a lot more to it than we know!

If Howard was going to kill Anna, wouldn't he of made sure he would definately benefit from her death, everything from her property, $$, daughter, and even her burial was unclear. If he was gonna kill her, he would have made sure it was all taken care of legally before.

I have always thought he was a lil creepy but alot of people are and are good people... But anyway I read one of the causes of her death was she had an infection on her but from injecting herself too many times. So grossss

i would have to say no because they actually said it was an acidental death as she anna nicole smith took to many prescribed drugs...for things such as depression and wieght loss...so i would have to disagree with you and say no he didn't kill her...as she killed her self accidently by taking to many of her perscribed drugs....
