He is somewhere around 5'7. I recall an article I read that showed his measurements and the most odd thing about it was that his measurements matched Dolly Parton's measurements, bust, hip, and waist (no not height). I also remember a memorable cover of Time where Stallone was standing next to Gerry Cooney (just before his fight with Larry Holmes), but inside the magazine it was reported that they had to have Stallone stand on a box in order to get him up to Cooney's height of 6'6".
Oh and just for the record... Stallone's IQ is not related to the often slow-witted characters he plays. He wrote Rocky, which won the Best Picture Oscar that year, and refused to allow the movie to be made unless he got the starring role. Pretty savvy if you ask me. He was also nominated for Best Actor and Best Screenplay.

He is 5' 10" maybe 5' 9" since he is older now but I can't belive he being 5' 7", Tom Cruise is 5' 7", and every one can see he is a short guy. Well maybe Tom is lying too.
But at the end, Who cares how tall is an actor if he makes good movies? Al Pacino, Mark Wohlbert, Dustin Huffman, Tom Cruise, Bruce Lee, Jet Li, are all 5' 7" or less and have done some of the best movies. Meanwhile Ben Aflec (6' 2"/ 6' 3") bring junk stuff like Dare Devil and Gigli
