There is one basic thing you need to know about pulling a gun ON ANYONE... if you are not a police officer, and that is IF YOU PULL THE GUN... YOU USE THE GUN... just waving it around is fine in the movies or on TV but it will get you killed in real life when the person you are waving the gun at takes it away from you and shoots you with it.

Jo,
If the person who discharged the weapon did so without just cause, then the person would be found guilty of doing just that.
If the person who has the weapon is so easily swayed by idiots on the street, than he had no good reason to be carrying in the first place.

You both are. The person who fires the gun is guilty of murder, while the person who yelled "let him have it" is guilty of aiding and abetting a felon as well as incitement to violence.

you are guilty as well but you will receive less time
reason: he commits the murder but you didn't stop him. i dont know the exact wording of the charge against you. but i know you'll be convicted for less time.
there's a movie called bully....kids try to kill a guy. killers get more time than people involved but didnt do as much.

You know the law has the answer for that.both are criminals to the degree they contributed for the crime. But morally the killer is responsible for all the actions.

Depends. Maybe he was threatening your life. Then no one is "guilty"

You are guilty of "inciting" which has a very heavy penality. Especially if someone dies over it.
