Why don't they give credit to those underpriviledged kids that work very hard to get what they have. It would be more interesting t.v.!!!!!

I'm with you on this one.And that is a great idea you have there for a show about kids that have to go out and work hard to get anything....if they get it at all.It must be nice to get all kinds of things handed to you.

I don't watch those shows...they hurt my brain and insult my intelligence. The only show I watch which features wealthy kids is Gene Simmons Family Jewels. The show isn't about the kids being spoiled .....it's just funny. Sure they've got money, but that's not really what they focus on. Gene Simmons....huge rock star, is a real domestic goof-ball at home. His son said, "In public he's THE GREAT Gene Simmons......at home he's more like RICHARD Simmons"

Um...YES. It makes me want to vomit. I wish MTV would do more True Life stuff, they just did one on Autism and it was so well done. I think we need to inform the youth of this country on issues others of us are having. Maybe with the elections coming up in the next year and a half they will be a shift to educational TV.

I don't care for reality tv anyways.
Still seems to me there are different realities, and mine definitely isn't some rich kid who's biggest worry is turning 16. Especially when as most of those people I should be worried about coming off as a self absorbed spoiled obnoxious, etc etc etc...

With so many Americans wondering, "Why do terrorists hate us?", one can easily find an answer by watching an episode of "My Super Sweet 16" on MTV.

actually, those shows contribue to my decent health. i have lots of fun chucking pillows, remotes, and cement blocks at those stupid snobby kids when those shows come on. really helps with the upper body work out.
