Loved the book!

Its hard for me to pinpoint a specific chapter/story from the book but I'd say the ones that still stand out to me are (in no specific order):

The young Palistinian's story about returning to Israel before the quarentine. I think it had alot of depth, really portrayed the hatred many muslims feel for Israel, showed how irrational thought like that can hurt hurt you especially when your percieved enemies are trying to help you.

The story of the South African Plan and the reveal at the end of that chapter (withholding spoiler so I hope thats not too vague)

The mercenarry's tale about the beach house with all of the famous people in the house and what happens to them, and it being a product of their unbridled vanity and greed

The story of the K9 units, it had a great humanity to it.

And after typing all these out, actually I think I do have an all-out favorite: The story about the Chinese Submarine, very well done tale.

one thing he didn't write about that I was a little dissapointed about being teased about but never getting details was an allusion to a facilty that was running various unethical experiments during the war. If he was ever to add something I think that'd be my first choice, it got my curosity up. Also, I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to know what happend in North Korea, darn it!!!
