The fact that the world was filled with more hatred and violence say...circa 1000 years ago. And we have bigger weapons now!
In all seriousness, you have to realize that all of this "hate and violence" is amplified significantly by the fact that in this day and age, it is much easier to hear a voice than it was years ago, thanks to great advances in communications. And more often, it is the controversial, violent voices that stick in our heads more than the peaceful ones, giving us the illusion that the world is filled with hatred when in reality, the vast majority of the world would love nothing more than peace.

You see the people that you love and the people that love you. The world is harsh i know but just try not to be one of those people who add to the hatred and violence. Well i hope this helped you out :]

I agree with setter50... when it pertains to the children. I refuse to pro-create because of the way the world is and probably will die trying to change it for the better. I can only have faith in my Creator that He will shed mercy on me when I invoke Lucifer, Satan, and all the other fallen angels to take me---so I can condemn myself and free the world of this ongoing misery. To free the "damned ones" for the rest of the world sounds good to me. Hell, all I've ever done was raise children that weren't my own and try to survive. I am getting too old and am broke, crippled & homeless now with a prison record for self medicating and bad credit. I'm so tired.
