I keep seeing this on the internet...what does it mean?????

It's a quote from the movie The Silence of the Lambs...seriously, you will need to watch the movie to get the meaning...it doesn't happen until close to the end but the whole movie is great (not for the squeamish)...the movie won several Oscars, I believe..."it rubs the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again!!!"

its from the movie Silence of the Lambs....this killer made his captives keep their skin nice with the lotion because he was eventually going to use their skin as a covering of his own skin or as clothes

Cartman from Southpark also did a take off from this movie and constantly repeats the same line (from Silence of the lambs). In the movie, the bad guy quotes this regularly to his victims, it's what he wants them to do. Best to watch the movie though, don't want to spoilt it for you!

it puts them lotion on its skin to softenm the skin up so that way it comes off easier and makes a longer lasting more comfortable vest.

It's a line from "Silence of the Lambs". Buffalo Bill says it to his prisoner. He calls her "It" so as not to think of her as a person. Like not naming farm animals is supposed to keep you from getting attached.
If there is another meaning it has escaped me.
