lol! True story... Several years ago I accidently rear ended someone and my front end was totaled, but driveable. 3 days later I was driving it to get the insurance estimate, when someone rear ended me, and totaled the back end! Wow, I got paid for the total price of the car, by TWO different insurance companies... $5,000 dollars for a car worth less than 3 grand!
But please don't go out and try to get rear ended that could totally backfire on you. I just had to share my experience.

not a lot, thats a small settlement at ultimate because of the fact there is not any real harm and no on the vehicle because of the fact they paid for it my totaling it out. so particular you're taking the 1500 and purchase yet another vehicle? the two way i had a matching factor ensue yet i've got been given sandwiched between the vehicle that hit me (two times) and the f150 he shoved me into. i had 3 broken ligaments in my backbone (which will on no account be an identical) i had to get a lawyer because of the fact they have been refusing to pay scientific costs. long tale short it took a year and that i took away like $7k after lawyer expenditures etc.

Its too bad you were not injured, most accidnet lawyers can get you at least $1,000 for any trauma you suffered as a result of the accident. But many people feel the effects of the accidnet the next day....

Get a life ...People like you are the reason we have such high premiums...Why do you think you deserve something...just be glad that you were not injured and quit being a menace to society...If you want things in life do like the rest of us and try working....

Just find a REALLY cheap place to fix your car and keep the extra money.

That's what I did in a similar situation.

make them estimate the damage with factory parts. if you try to scam them, it is called insurance fraud.

make the person that rear-ended you pay for everything....then what do you care????...not your money
