what company is it for? have you ever given them you personal details, ie, home address, email address, phone number? If you have never heard of this person before now, i would have to assume it is some kind of hoax, or nigerian scam, delete it from your computer, and or contact the Australian comission for fraud, they always have a section in their website for reporting scams and fraudulent claims.
