move to a tiny town in the middle of nowhere, become the radio jockey for that small town in the middle of the night, get experience, and get popular, and eventually youll get promoted through the ranks, and then you can move to bigger and bigger towns, improving your resume as you go. Give it some time, and if youre really good, youll make it in a big station in a big city, good luck

Duh is many times extra valuable at answering this question, yet really do a presentation like you may on air... like "That became Michael Bolton and also you're with Cat on smooth Jazz 107.4 NSJZ" and then ablib like you may on the air about some thing touching or humorous mutually with the 40 4 lb cat receiving a sparkling residing house in New Jersey....

well i do know hoe become one in india...rest im not sure...
all india radio keeps having auditions every once a wile....enroll for dat....u hav interviews n stuff an ofcourse an audioon...if u gt thru....u enroll for their training prog. called "vaani" n based on ur performance in dat...u get to air 1 to 6 shows n if ure good in dat....u keep gettin more n more!!!
