Try some fade cream or just go out and get a tan so that the marks blend in better. Or you could always put a little cover-up( Make-up ) on the marks. nobody will ever know .

if you havent worn glasses for a yr and the marks are still there, then they need to be treated by a dermatologist, otherwise they are permanent. a dermatologist may suggest a microdermabrasion, laser treatment, or light peel to soften and lighten the marks.

you can get them lasered off, but it's expensive (anywhere from a couple hundred to about a thousand dollars) and takes multiple sessions. if you do this, make sure you go to a reputable place unless you want to risk permanent scarring.
if you can't afford to do this, you can try a skin lightening cream, which you can find at any drug store. it probably won't get rid of them completely, but it'll make them a bit lighter.
makeup always works too.

You may need to a doctor. It could be a allergy towards your glasses. See a doctor about it and let them help you. They may have a cream or something that you can take that will remove it.
