I am 20 years old and am searching for a comfortable type of contact lenses. I have an astigmatism in one eye, and have suffered corneal damage in the other (from what I would really like to know, I wore contacts only about once a month). I have tried so so so many different kinds of contacts, all of them turned uncomfortable after a short period of time and sometimes I can't focus well with them. Is there a certain type/brand I should try that might actually work for my eyes?? Has anyone else had this problem??? Oh and my eyes are very senstive. Thanks.

I asked my optomitrist about the acuvues for astigmatisms but he told me that they do not make them strong enough for my one eye (I can't really see much out of it.) Thanks anyway.

I use Acuvue contacts. I know they have one for astigmatism, so that should work out great for you. They are very soft and delicate contacts. Acuvue is great for sensitive eyes. Ask your eye doctor for more information on Acuvue.

Good Luck!!

Your Eyes are Sensitive, Accu View Brand are some of the best of the best, when it comes to comfort. WOWZERS, what is your Power in your weak eye??? And you can ask your doctor about splitting your perscription in half. Meaning you can wear half your perscription in your contact lens, and the other half in your glasses, this is mostly for people who dont want thick glasses.

Hope that Helps !!
