Thank you. I quit cold turker. I found out I liked the clean taste in my mouth, so I brushed my teeth a lot and ate little mints every time I wanted a smoke.

I never smoked but there is a new med out that is supposed to be wonderful. Some people at work have taken it and quit very easily.

Thanks! I tried several times, but I finally managed to go cold turkey. My motivating factors had a lot to do with it. 1)I couldn't afford them as my husband was unemployed, 2) I was having anxiety about heart attacks, lung cancer and other health issues-quitting was a big help in lessening my anxiety.
