It all depends on what you like. A brush can be cleaner than the puff the powder comes with because you can wash it. If its a fancy puff, you can wash that too with shampoo. It all depends, I'm a brush girl because I like how even you can apply it with a brush.

brushes are nice. buy a good one, it will be worth it. those poofy things are hard to wash and can carry a lot of bacteria. just make sure you wash your brush with brush cleaner or baby shampoo once a week and they will stay in good condition for a long time. start at the center of your face and work outward. good luck!

i use the poofy thing inside the compact. i think it gives more coverage, i also use the brushes after, that way it brushes away all the excess powder and gives a more natural look.

I prefer a brush because it's more precise and it's easier to clean. It's important to buy a nice one though and it will last you a long time if you care for it.

Please, do not use makeup, including powder, unless you are grossly disfigured. You will look better. Thanks. I'm serious. Thanks again. :-)
