Well lets get this straight right now I don't believe the word respect should even be in the same sentence as Hillary Clinton's name.
I don't support Hillary at all. I won't say all the bad things about her I have in my head right now, I will save my ranting for a more worthy cause.
But I would like to add I am against anyone who would want to disarm me. I believe I have the right to own a gun, and I will defend that right at any cost. Once I am dead and my cold stiff body is laying on the ground , then and only then may anyone try and disarm me.

she would be in a position to't ban your firearms that's a constitutional modification the only way you may exchange the form demands a 2-thirds vote in the two congress and senate, a countrywide constitutional convention called with the help of congress upon application with the help of two-thirds of the states, or a state ratifying convention in 3-fourths of the states. it's going to in no way take place. I doubt that she has campaigned that because of fact that's purely too no longer hassle-free of a combat to get achieved. i've got faith she is centred on the flaws she would be in a position to do.

Our country is standing on a cliff where all ten toes are hanging over the edge. There's a huge crowd of people from other countries just dying to give us a gentle shove to finish the job. And the sick thing is, when we are finally on our way to the bottom of the canyon, there will be some Rich Bastards getting Richer off of our collapse.
Anything that normal citizens can do for protection will need to be taken away so as to accomplish the goals for those Rich Bastards
-----
Then there's a another set of Rich Jerks that
As long as normal citizens are completely dependent on the Federal Military, we will sitting targets, easy prey.
As long a each state of the union is completely dependent on a national security force and each individual has no way of bearing arms, We will do everything in our power to keep the Military Industrial Complex intact. It's called planed obsolescence. Make the citizen soldier obsolete and we will be forced to bow our wills to the Military Industrial Complex.
As long as the Military Industrial Complex is powerful, then Congress and Presidents will be filthy rich off of the economic prosperity associated with National Wars.
AS a result, it is in the best interest of very rich people to keep average Americans dependent on the Military Industrial Complex. Our very survival will be dependent on it's existance.
DID YOU KNOW THAT WWII JAPAN DID NOT INVADE AMERICA AFTER PERAL HARBOR BECAUSE THEY
THOUGHTY EVERY AMERICAN HAD A GUN!!!???!!!???
-----
Currently, i do not own a gun, but will want one if Americans are ever put in such a situation that citizens will need to bear arms!!!
---
My response is not directed toward any one Rich Jerk or Senator, but is directed toward anyone who gets welathy from the Military Industrial Complex

None. There is no one you are going to agree with everything they stand for but she can't ban guns even as president! And neither can congress without a 2/3 majority as well as ratification by the states! It won't happen! It can't happen!
You look at people running for office in total, not pick out something you disagree with and pretend that it makes a difference! She can only change what she has authority to change, and that isn't one!

Congratulations to "Rich A" for being the only person answering this question who had the decency to check this flamer's "facts" and answer accordingly. I was about to do the same but he beat me to it. Not that the rest of them will pay any attention. It's Hate Hillary Time, no matter if what they say is twisted or wrong, as long as it works for slinging mud at Hillary, it MUST be true.

So she's ok with violating the 2nd amendment. That's old news. Right now (right here on Yahoo answers, in fact) she is promising to violate the 5th, by confiscating oil company profits.

Your comments are misleading. In 1992, she supported a ban on assault weapons. This was prior to the adoption of the Brady Bill, where even nutcases could get their hands on assault weapons without first being subjected to a background search. Second, the Vitter Amendment was to prohibit funding of the confisication of legally-held firearms during a "disaster". Disaster, as in the case of Katrina, for example. A report came out from CNN yesterday that claims New Orleans now ranks FIRST in major crime throughout the US. Most of the major crimes are due to armed gangs who may or may not hold legally-held arms in the conduct of these criminal acts. She DOES NOT support a ban on hunting or sport weapons since her husband is a hunter. You need to go back and re-phrase your question. NO American is in need of assault weapons. Also, her vote on the Vitter only applied to disasters, such as Katrina, which now has turned New Orleans into a major crime center in the US. I support Sen. Clinton's stance and her attempts to reduce crime rates by whatever means necessary.

...This does not surprise me. She and Willy love federal power grabs and disarming the public, which of course violates the Constitution (but when did they ever consider that binding?)
...She has nothing to offer the American people, except socialism and years of misery, if she is elected President.

Hillary hates America and the Republic for which is stands. She wants a socialistic society, much like Canada and Sweden. She will not get elected in 2008.
