i know and saw the movie gang related with tupac but there is another movie with the same story line about these two bad cops that kill an undercover fbi agent a try to cover it up it was two white guys do anyone know what the name of that movie is please let me know thanks

i know that gang related was released in 1997 and not long after that i watched this movie and can remember saying to myself this is just like gang related so either it was before or after around the same time frame i know one of the cops were tall and the other one was short the tall cop was calling all the shots more aggresive than the other
