1950's accent? Or like what type of accent does she have? Whatever it is... It's awesome...

No, it's more of an Eastern Seaboard type accent, such as New Jersey or New York. Also reminiscent of a gangster's moll or gangster's girlfriend, like those portrayed in gangster movies of the 1940's-1950's.

Harley Quin originated from batman the animated series which you might have already have known her voice was played by Arlene Sorkin which sounds to me like a yeah like a 1950's geek girl.
She first appeared in episode 7 in Joker's Favor.
Also made her first appearance in the comics in the October of 1999, and then in the December of 2000 she gains her own comic book title lasting 38 episodes, 29 more than the jokers mini series.
Just thought I would add that in case anyone was just curious.......yes I am a nerd AND PROUD OF IT!

It's a blend of Eastern Seaboard style accents. That aside, it does almost sound like a stereotypical 50's highschool girl style pattern of speech.

Oh, and Harley is awesome.
