I've seen kangaroo on the menu but I've heard of plenty of people eating it.
The dish that got me confused was crocodile!
... I thought it was the other way around as in crocs eat us! Lol.

Lamb brains. It was at an Indian resteraunt. At the local garlic festival every year they have a stand that serves all things weird including: rattlesnake, ostrich, crocodile, kangaroo, among other gross things.

I've seen cow's tongue on menu before... it's steamed n eaten with Chinese hot soy sauce
..my Indian friend once told me that he n his family had dishes made of puppy not a long time ago.

Fresh baboon brains served fresh and hot, could you just imagine eating that with the eyeballs staring up at you while you are eating their brains.this dish turned me off

In my area we call them Rocky Mountain Oysters. In Texas they call them Prairie Oysters. Either way they are really bull's testicles, and they are delicious.
