The rain needs to be able to cover the whole page no matter how wide or how far down you scroll and I need to be able to change the color of the rain. I have a fixed background as well that I need to been seen, but I need the rain to be on top of everything so nothing blocks the view of the rain. I know this is a very tall order, but is there anyone out there who can help??????
