All states in the US cooperate with each other in returning wanted and warranted suspects.
The extradition process is initiated by the state in which the arrest warrant exists. The state in which you are captured does not automatically return you, someone from IL would have to come get you.
If it's a weak charge or case, they may elect to not come get you, however that doesn't make the case or the charge go away. They can change their minds later, like if additional evidence or witnesses were located.
It's better to get it over with, life as a fugitive sucks. You're always waiting for that knock on the door.

No; all felonies can be extradited in all 50 States.

none of them will extradite unless you waive an extradition hearing and then will only extradite you when the court in the state that you are located has been supplied sufficient evidence implicating one to a crime in the state requesting extradiction.

no... any State/terratory/protectoret will Exradite, you can fight it, but you will most likely loose (cant spell sorry)
