Sure: turkey, duck, quail, pheasant is particularly nice, goose, and dove. Oh, and ostrich.

I'm quite fond of the "bird other than chicken" category, especially duck and pheasant. Very good with wild rice, reductions of plum or orange with a little hickory or maple, and a spinach or bitter green salad... very nice.

Turkey. And once I ordered quail from a restaurant. It just tasted like chicken. Expensive chicken I might add.
