How do you download counterstrike maps?

Please give me the steps(in which folder,which filesetc.,)

Its like this if the file is in a zipped folder, unzip it or whatever.Copy the map then go to the folder of CS in where ever who installed it(progams etc).Look for the map folder, than copy paste the map. Then test. If it does not work, ahhhh.... just delete it. (sorry im not really sure, its been a long time)
