Very brief, I took a walk instead of a real workout. I haven't been feeling the best since yesterday. Just tired out and I started a new quarter at school, no more spring break ):

Yep, lifting and turning all the old folks at work. About 6 hours of intensive physical work, plus a lot of walking. Only get to sit for about 45 min (between supper break and charting). Don't worry-I drank about 64 oz of water on the fly. I even got to pee once!

As a matter of fact, I did complete my first fin-swimming lesson with mono-fin, and I can already feel that tomorrow I am going to be half-dead (and now for some reason "Living Dead Girl" by Rob ZOMBie comes to mind). However, I had an excellent exercise for my back, abs, legs and a**, and I highly recommend it everybody.

I start every day off with an hour and a half at the gym, followed by a big cup of coffee. That's the only way I can wake up.

No, and I had a piece of cake and like 14 buttered rolls tonight at a birthday dinner. I feel like such a porker. Tuesday and Thursday are my gym days though.

Always. I am under half an hour for running four miles. To miss a day makes me lazier and I can feel it throughout the day. Working out makes me have more energy to do more things with my superactive children. :-)
