I am interested in finding out how much does it cost for some one to clean up after some one builds a house? with all the bricks and lumber, sheet rock and nails and stuff laying around
who cleans up and Hpw much does it cost in Louisiana?

I am not sure how it works in Louisiana, but in Minnesota, the contractor takes care of all of that. Since my husband and I built our own homes , We did it . I know that some of my girlfriends clean new construction homes and they make really good money doing it. You need to ask your contractor who takes care of this. I would bet it would be him.

It should already be in the contract, your contractor is responsible for cleaning up after building a house

the builder should be responsible for cleaning up and removing all building debris...it should be in the contract
